These are pulled from a Chromecast with Google TV by a whirlpool user: mo styles.
To install the .zip files, you'll need to use an installer app that supports installing split APKs.
I personally use X-plore File Manager
Simply click the .zip file inside X-plore and then click "Install"
You may need to give X-plore permissions to install apps when the device asks
You can also rename the file to .apk+ (instead of .zip) if your file manager app prefers that format
